I downloaded my illustration packs, but I can't open them

Having issues? It's ALL good! We're here to help.

By default, Windows will extract the files into the temp folder when you double-click on a .zip file to open it for viewing.

This error means there is a problem with the permissions of the temp folder.

Here is a workaround:

1. Move the .zip file into one of your user profile sub-folders, like Downloads, Documents, Pictures, etc.

2. Right-click on the .zip file and select “Extract All”. This allows you to decompress all of the files into a folder of your choice.

Should be good to go! If you run into additional issues, feel free to Contact Us.

Can you do custom illustrations for my business?

To a certain extent, yes.

We collaborate with businesses for custom illustrations at the enterprise level.

However, for the most part, if you're looking for a few illustrations or want to complete a small project, we have a platform for that!

We created!

It's a platform featuring black illustrators for hire. Browse talent and review their portfolios HERE.

Is subscription content going to be updated with new image packs featured on the website?

Yes! Subscribes get access to ALL premium illustration packs.

Do you offer a partner program?

We sure do, please email us at info@blackillustrations and add PARTNER in the subject to get started. We'll send a follow up  with your affiliate link!

Do you offer discounts?

Currently, we don't offer discounts. Since many of our illustrations are free, we offer hundreds of free options. Unfortunately it's a considerable investment to create each pack, so this isn't an option at the moment.
